Santa looks like whatever you want him to look like. A lot of legends say that Santa (not St. Nicholas) is from Russia or Finland or somewhere near there, so he can be white. If you’re basing it off of the real St. Nicholas, than I honestly see no problem with him being a person of color (and the forensic santa looks pretty jolly and nice, too, so there’s no problem there).
The thing about Santa is, he can be whatever. The point of Santa Claus isn’t his race or his image, it’s the joy and cheer he brings around Christmas time. He’s just a jolly old man at the North Pole who enjoys making children happy.
(As for Jesus, he was most definitely not a white man. White people didn’t exist in that part of the world at that time.)
With the exception of the Romans who supposedly crucified him (originating from Italy in case you didn’t know).
